Sela The Label
At SELA The Label, we strive for your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we gladly offer a refund, with the exception of earrings, due to hygiene reasons. Please choose your items carefully.
To initiate the return process, kindly reach out to us at selathelabel@gmail.com. Once we confirm your return request, please ensure to send back the item within 14 days for domestic orders.
Returned items must be in unworn condition and returned in their original packaging. Please ensure to obtain a tracking number when mailing your return, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit or returned in unsatisfactory condition.
Upon receipt of the returned products at our studio, we will promptly inspect them and process your refund within 48 hours.
For exchanges, please follow the same return instructions outlined above, and then proceed to place a new order for the desired item/s.

Faultline The Label
At Faultline the Label, your satisfaction with our fashion items, including caps, bags, tees, and jumpers, is paramount. We understand that shopping online can sometimes result in items not being exactly what you expected. If you find yourself not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help make things right.
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at faultlinethelabel@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will then send you details on how to return the items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Faulty items
If you feel that your item has a manufacturing defect or is faulty, please email millandgoatstore@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your purchase, along with proof of purchase and any images and details about the item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
